CRUISING LOG of ANIMA
  DECEMBER 08:
In the Lesser Antilles

In Barbados my crew fellow Ulli haf to fly back to cold Germany. After that I had three weeks to sail to Grenada to pick up my next crew.

I sailed to Martinique and then south through the island chain, enjoying the pleasant tradewinds and the lovely places I mostly knew from my voyage in 2004.

For a few days I joined a German cruising couple who were playing music (keyboard, saxophone, vocals) in the Black Baron-Bar in Cumberland Bay, St. Vincent with my guitar. I enjoyed that a lot and we had a great time.

Christmas in Bequia was too crowded for my point of view, but what had I expected...?
And New Years Eve in Clifton, Union Island was blown away by 30knots with rain.
So I was glad when in January my old friend Klemens and Frida from Germany came on board to sail with me westward
